Services for Brad Elliott Smith were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, February 25, 2010, at Philadelphia Baptist Church with Reverend Philip Robertson and Reverend Bill Robertson officiating. Burial was held at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Pineville.
Mr. Brad Smith, 20, of Marksville, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010, at his residence.
He was a student at University of Louisiana at Lafayette majoring in Business Administration.

Brad Elliott Smith was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Smith; grandparents, Lavon and Alma Smith; and step-grandmother, Edith Smith.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Bobby and Janie Smith, of Marksville; grandparents, Charlie and Beth Dupuy of Marksville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
